Appartement met 2 slaapkamers in Villajoyosa

Exclusive Listing! A 2 Bed 2 Bath Apartment with Communal Pools, Tennis, Play Area and Private Covered Parking. This spacious and well maintained apartment is located in one of the best kept urbanisations in La Cala Villajoyosa and is only 750 metres from the Blue Flag Cala de Finestrat Beach. The apartment has an entrance hall, separate fitted and equipped kitchen with a utility / storeroom, two double bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes, two bathrooms (one ensuite) one with a bathtub and the other with a modern walk-in shower. The spacious lounge diner has plenty of natural light and a door leading out to the large, covered terrace with views over the pool and to the mountain and the sea. This ‌apartment is perfect ‌for ‌a holiday home, ‌longer ‌stays, ‌investment ‌or ‌permanent ‌living.
