La Marquesa Golf, Ciudad Quesada

La Marquesa Golf is one of the longest-established courses in the Vega Baja, set in the middle of Ciudad Quesada — the hillside town above Rojales that has been a favourite of Scandinavian, British and Dutch buyers for decades. Unlike the purpose-built resorts, golf here comes with a real town around it: restaurants, supermarkets, medical centres and an aquapark, all within a few minutes.

Property ranges from classic Quesada villas with private pools to new-build developments in Benijófar, Rojales and around the course itself. Guardamar’s dune-backed beaches are about ten minutes away, and Alicante airport roughly 35–40 minutes.
