Who we are
From Scandinavia to Costa Blanca
Hansson & Hertzell was founded by two Swedish entrepreneurs who fell in love with Costa Blanca and saw a gap in the market: international buyers needed an agency that could bridge cultural and language divides, provide genuine local expertise, and deliver a service that matched the quality of the properties on offer.
Today, our team is multilingual and multicultural — speaking English, Swedish, Spanish, and more — and our office sits in Ciudad Quesada, right in the heart of the communities we serve. We've helped clients from across Europe and beyond find apartments on the beach, villas on the golf course, and everything in between.
